DELIVERY
We endeavour to ensure next day delivery on all our products. We ask that all customers leave a contact number and postcode for all deliveries. Please bear in mind someone must be present to accept delivery of your goods. The courier will attempt delivery, if you are not home for any reason they will ask for instructions or make delivery the next day.
Delivery is FREE across our store. If however the courier returns a parcel undelivered we can resend the parcel only when payment for this second attempt is made. This can be made via PayPal or with card through Stripe Payments.

Returns
If you believe the contents of your parcel are faulty, damaged or not as described please make contact with us. We will make every effort to reply as promptly as possible. We will ask you to return the item/items in a reasonable time frame. We will review the problem and either rectify the issue or in some cases issue a refund.
Cancellation
Where you exercise your right to cancel an order, we will give you a refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Once an order is dispatched by us, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory for whatever reason.
PRIVACY POLICY
Full commitment is made on our part to upkeep your right to privacy. Use of your details is strictly for procession of orders. Our order form requests only the information needed to process your order. We keep a record of your name, address and phone number because it is necessary to provide these to the delivery courier – this is standard practice in mail order.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS
Payments are made using two secure payment platforms- PayPal and Stripe Payments. They are third party payment processors; therefore we gave no access at any point to your card details.
IP ADDRESS
For the normal functioning of the web store, it is necessary for us to temporarily remember information about the network address of your computer. This information is erased when you complete a purchase, and is not stored in any long-term database.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will not disclose, sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

We take our role with regard to GDRP very seriously. We respect your right to privacy and the trust that is instilled in us when your purchase from our online store. We store information related to your order only.
On request you can review, amend any information we have collected on you for the purposes of your order. We will endeavour to provide you with such a breakdown in a prompt fashion and you have to right to update or delete same.
You will be aware from our checkout, that we only collect data we require.

Using a secure platform through google any email correspondence is archived for 5 years in order for us to refer to previous communication or purchases. We do not share any of the information therein with a third party.

Our hosting service provides us with our online space and allows us to bring you our online services. This is done for our hostel through All Inkl.
